"Elsa is often away at work, and I'm busy with my own projects. Then there's the chaos of managing the kids, and suddenly, the relationship feels like it's being overshadowed by everything else," he shared. "We've learned to step back from all of that and focus on just the two of us, making space for each other instead of letting the rest of the world take over."

He also highlighted the importance of support and availability. "We don't have any excuse for not making time for each other because we have the resources and support to do so," he added. "Staying curious about each other has been key to keeping our relationship strong."

Hemsworth noted that while attraction and chemistry are important, friendship and companionship are what truly sustain a long-term relationship.
