Kelli Ferrell Calls Police After Neighbor Allegedly Attacks Her

Kelli Ferrell's Alleged Altercation with Neighbor Sparks Legal Battle
Kelli Ferrell, a star on Real Housewives of Atlanta, recently called the police after an alleged altercation with her neighbor. According to reports, Ferrell, 40, made a 911 call to the Atlanta Police Department on August 9, where she described the incident in detail.
In the recorded call, Ferrell stated, "I got time today," before the dispatcher could ask any questions. She requested that officers come to her neighborhood, explaining that she had confronted the president of her neighborhood association and that the woman had "put her hands on me." Ferrell owns a four-bedroom, three-bathroom home spanning 2,784 square feet in the Atlanta community.
Ferrell claimed she had scratches on her arm from the alleged physical contact. She explained that the conflict began when she went to the woman’s house because the HOA president had placed a boot on her daughter’s car. "There are two boots on it. It's completely unnecessary," she said.
The reality star mentioned that no weapons were involved but added that her arm was red. She expressed her frustration, stating, "I'm not dealing with this." Ferrell also noted that she had recorded the incident and wanted the officers to see what was happening. "I don't feel safe with her. I really don't. I don't feel safe," she emphasized.
The neighbor in question is identified as Perri, a 50-year-old woman. Ferrell clarified that she did not require medical attention or an ambulance. She told the dispatcher that the incident occurred about 10 minutes prior and that the neighbor was still at the scene.
Perri, however, denied Ferrell’s claims. As previously reported, on September 2, a woman named Monualda Perri Cash filed a petition for a temporary restraining order against Ferrell. Cash, who claims to be an HOA board member in Ferrell’s community, alleged that Ferrell entered her home without permission on the day of the incident.
According to Cash’s filing, Ferrell "aggressively entered my private patio, through my private gate in a violent manner." She claimed that Ferrell was accompanied by others. Cash explained that the incident occurred after Ferrell’s vehicle was booted for violating guidelines by parking in a narrow driveway that is also a designated fire lane.
Additionally, Cash alleged that Ferrell had to be "physically restrained" and removed while exhibiting "bizarre behavior" and making threats. The court granted a temporary restraining order, which will remain in effect until a hearing later this month.
A representative for Ferrell provided a statement to the outlet, saying, "Since the announcement of Kelli's involvement with The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Mrs. Cash has engaged in a concerning pattern of behavior directed at Kelli and her family. Out of respect for all parties, we will not be commenting further at this time. We strongly urge that Kelli's privacy—and that of her family—be respected, and we caution against the spread of misinformation."
Ferrell first appeared on RHOA in season 16 and is set to return for season 17 alongside Porsha Williams, Drew Sidora, and a few speculated new cast members.
