SSSniperwolf Shares Details About Her Ongoing Legal Battle with Ex-Husband

During a recent stream, SSSniperwolf, whose real name is Alia Shelesh, opened up to Kai Cenat about her complicated legal situation with her ex-husband, Evan Young. The conversation, which took place on Cenat’s stream, began with Cenat expressing his admiration for SSSniperwolf from when he was younger. However, the discussion soon shifted to a more serious topic: the ongoing lawsuit between SSSniperwolf and Young.

According to SSSniperwolf, Young is not only seeking half of her current earnings but also a significant portion of her future income. "He wants all of my money," she said during the stream. "He has taken half of everything I own, and he still wants to take half of everything in the future—like, all of the future earnings."

She also mentioned that Young is trying to claim ownership of her social media accounts, including a new channel she recently launched. This has added another layer of complexity to an already difficult situation.

SSSniperwolf expressed hope that the lawsuit will be resolved next year, but admitted it's been a tough experience. "Bro just doesn't want to work, ever," she added, highlighting the frustration she feels about the entire ordeal.

The legal battle between the two started back in 2023 after a previous case was dismissed and Young filed for divorce in 2022. In his lawsuit, Young claimed that he and Shelesh co-created the SSSniperwolf YouTube channel in 2013. According to the lawsuit, Young was responsible for recording gameplay and writing scripts, while Shelesh served as the on-camera talent.

Young alleged that he played video games such as Call of Duty and/or Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance and recorded his gameplay. He then prepared scripts for Shelesh to read on camera while acting as though she was playing the recorded footage. This arrangement led to the creation of the popular YouTube channel.

In addition to these claims, Young accused Shelesh of several questionable actions starting in September 2022, after they separated as a couple but remained business partners. These allegations include locking him out of business operations, signing sponsorship deals without his knowledge and keeping all the money, and creating new channels without his approval while keeping all the revenue from those as well.

The lawsuit also includes charges of breaches of fiduciary duty, contract, and good faith and fair dealing. Young believes he is owed half of the revenue generated since their split, which he estimates to be over $1.2 million.

"It's like a really horrible situation to be in right now," SSSniperwolf admitted during the stream. "I really don't care about my main channel anymore. It's hard just giving half of every paycheck to somebody who does nothing. It just sucks."

This legal dispute has clearly taken a toll on SSSniperwolf, both emotionally and financially. As the case continues to unfold, it remains to be seen how it will ultimately resolve and what impact it will have on her career moving forward.
