The 2025 study, based on over 30,000 surveys from travelers in the U.S. and Canada, evaluates airports in three categories: mega airports (those handling 33 million or more passengers annually), large airports (10 to 32.9 million passengers), and medium airports (4.5 to 9.9 million passengers).
