Highlights from Day Three of IFA 2025

Day three of IFA 2025 has come and gone, and as we continue to explore the massive event, we're still navigating through a sea of innovative products. Despite the long days and questionable shoe choices, the excitement remains high. This is our fourth day on the ground, but it's only the third official day of the show. We've already seen an impressive array of products over the past few days, and while we've already picked our Best of IFA award winners, there are still plenty of standout items worth mentioning.

Today was no different. From creators to audiophiles, and from outdoor enthusiasts to tech lovers, there were products that appealed to everyone. Here are some of the most interesting innovations we came across during our time at IFA 2025.

DJI Mic 3: A Game-Changer for Content Creators

For anyone involved in video production, audio quality is just as important as visuals. DJI continues to refine its wireless microphone lineup with the DJI Mic 3. This third-generation device introduces an LED screen on the receiver, providing real-time feedback on volume, gain, and levels. The previous model used pips, but the display offers a clearer understanding of your audio setup.

The receiver connects via USB-C to your phone or PC, and a Lightning adapter is available for older iPhones. The package includes two microphones, wind screens, and the receiver, all neatly stored in a single pouch. It’s a complete solution for content creators looking to elevate their audio game.

Tecno Pova Slim: A Slim Phone with a Big Battery

Slim phones have become increasingly popular, and Tecno's Pova Slim is a strong contender. At just 6mm thick, it’s slightly thicker than the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge, but it boasts a larger 5,160mAh battery. The curved screen design gives it a slimmer appearance, even if it's not technically thinner.

While it features a single 50-megapixel rear camera, the phone includes a unique "mood lighting" feature with LED indicators around the camera. However, this design might not be available in the U.S., which is a missed opportunity for many potential buyers.

Dreo Outdoor Mister Fan: Cool Off in Style

Dreo's new misting fan is a must-have for any outdoor gathering. Designed for durability, it has an IP68 rating and can withstand harsh weather conditions. By attaching a hose, it can create a fine mist that lowers the temperature by up to nine degrees. You can control it via a touch panel, remote, or a mobile app. While the touch panel may be vulnerable to rain, it’s likely that you wouldn’t need the fan in wet conditions anyway.

Komutr Artronic Earbuds: Sleek and Smart

Komutr's Artronic Earbuds stand out with their sleek, angular design and ultra-slim profile. Each earbud is just 12 mm in size and weighs 4.8 grams, making them easy to carry. The charging case snaps onto your phone using MagSafe, eliminating the hassle of losing your case. They also integrate with iOS Find My, making it easier to locate lost earbuds.

With a 7-hour battery life and an additional 30 hours from the case, these earbuds are ideal for daily use. They come in six elegant colors and will launch next month for around $160, with early pre-orders offering discounts.

Grovero MiniGro: Smart Hydroponic Farming

Smart hydroponic systems are becoming more common, but the Grovero MiniGro stands out with its intuitive companion app. The app allows users to customize growing plans, set harvest dates, and receive personalized recommendations. It also provides real-time data on plant growth, similar to a fitness tracker for your crops.

The system measures 43.3 x 13.3 x 13.3 inches and can grow over 50 types of microgreens. It uses 90% less water than traditional farming and requires no soil or chemicals, making it an eco-friendly option for home growers.

Govee Backlight 3 Pro: Immersive TV Experience

Govee's Backlight 3 Pro takes ambient lighting to the next level. Unlike traditional backlights that rely on HDMI signals, this model uses an HDR Triple-Camera for precise color matching. It eliminates issues like copyright blocks from streaming services and delivers a seamless, immersive experience.

The system features high-density lamp beads and LuminBlend technology, allowing the light strips to be trimmed to fit various TV sizes. The compact camera atop the TV captures colors across multiple zones, creating a stunning visual effect that complements the on-screen content.

The Govee Backlight 3 Pro will launch on September 29, just weeks after IFA 2025.
