Prince Harry is set to make a brief visit to the United Kingdom this week, focusing on his charities based in the country. This trip has sparked speculation about whether he will meet with his father, King Charles III, for the first time in nearly two years. The timing of the visit, which coincides with the third anniversary of the passing of Queen Elizabeth II, has raised hopes for a potential thaw in the strained relationship between the prince and the royal family.

Harry has had minimal contact with his father and elder brother, Prince William, since he and his wife, Meghan Markle, stepped back from their royal duties and relocated to California in 2020.
