LePatner had a distinguished career, starting at Goldman Sachs before joining Blackstone in 2014. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Yale University.

Blackstone described her as a "beloved member of the Blackstone family" and highlighted her brilliance, passion, and generosity. Greenberg Young Leadership Award in 2023.

She graduated summa cum laude from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration in 2020, where she majored in hotel and restaurant management and minored in real estate.

Head of school Karis Ostrem described her as someone who brought kindness and a sense of community to school every day.
