The Rise of a Digital Conflict

A seemingly simple post about an engagement ring quickly escalated into a heated and personal feud among right-wing online influencers. What started as a celebration of a new relationship turned into a bitter and bizarre exchange filled with insults, allegations, and personal attacks.

The incident began when Sarah Stock, a self-described Christian nationalist and contributor to the right-wing news site RiftTV, shared a photo of her engagement ring on social media. She captioned the post with the words “I won,” signaling her excitement about the upcoming union. Many users responded with congratulations, but not everyone in the right-wing community was pleased.

Hannah Pearl Davis, a prominent right-wing influencer with over two million YouTube subscribers, criticized Stock’s post. Described by some as “the female Andrew Tate,” Davis accused Stock of using her engagement to boost her personal brand. “Hottest right wing E-girl taken off the market,” Davis wrote, suggesting that conservative women often use their marriages to build their public image.

Stock responded with a racially charged comment about Davis’ personal life, which only intensified the conflict. Davis, in turn, encouraged Stock to livestream her wedding, setting the stage for further escalation.

A New Player Enters the Scene

Emily Wilson, a pro-Trump influencer and occasional Fox News contributor known online as “Emily Saves America,” joined the fray with a cryptic comment about the size of Stock’s engagement ring, accompanied by a skull emoji. This remark sparked a full-blown war of words.

Wilson and Stock had a history of disagreement. In May, Stock published a blog post for RiftTV criticizing Wilson for not being sufficiently aligned with the MAGA movement. Specifically, Stock took issue with Wilson’s questioning of the “trad wife” movement, which promotes traditional gender roles. She argued that Wilson was spreading a toxic feminist message about homemaking, especially given her large following.

This history made Wilson’s comment about the ring size particularly inflammatory. Stock responded by asking, “Where’s your ring, Emily?” However, other right-wing influencers were far less restrained in their attacks on Wilson.

Morgan Ariel, a fashion designer and right-wing influencer who was previously fired from Turning Point USA for antisemitic posts, called Wilson out with harsh language, accusing her of giving “it up for free hoe.” Wilson retaliated with unsubstantiated claims about Ariel’s personal life, challenging her sense of superiority.

Escalation and Personal Attacks

Ian Smith, a MAGA influencer and former New Jersey gym owner, also entered the conflict. Known for defying pandemic restrictions and running for Congress, Smith targeted Wilson with a scathing post. He accused her of being a “unwed, childless, Fox News girl boss” who complained about women making sourdough. He added, “Congrats bozo, you’re a feminist.”

Wilson responded with allegations about Smith’s marriage and referenced a past incident where he killed a 19-year-old man while driving drunk at age 20. These accusations, however, lacked evidence and further fueled the controversy.

As the conflict continued, Wilson posted more comments that seemed to deepen the divide. She wrote, “It’s gonna be hard to be a trad wife when your man can’t even afford a ring. How do you guys expect to have a house, land, multiple kids. BFFR. I hope yall enjoy working. Sorry I’m MIA I’m in the hamptons.” She also took to Instagram to criticize conservative men for being broke and gaslighting women.

Stock reposted Wilson’s comments, adding, “They just keep golddigging themselves into a deeper hole!”

Ongoing Tensions

As of Wednesday, the civil war among these influencers continues to rage on. The exchanges have become increasingly personal, with each side making wild allegations and attacking the other’s character.

The Daily Beast has reached out to Stock, Davis, Wilson, Ariel, and Smith for comment via their social media accounts, but responses have been limited. The situation highlights the growing tensions within the right-wing online community and the potential consequences of such public feuds.
