Despite these challenges, Riccio was determined to pursue higher education. He took a job to cover his tuition at Plymouth State University, but the money wasn’t enough to pay for rent. As a result, he lived out of his car. Although he earned a degree, it didn’t immediately translate into a well-paying job. Instead, he found himself working as a grocery store stocker. However, he remained committed to his dream of entering the real estate industry.

From Risky Moves to Financial Success

Riccio’s passion for real estate led him to take a course in property development, where he discovered a new path. To get started, he borrowed money at high interest rates, a decision that could have backfired. But instead, it paid off. He eventually built a portfolio of 10 properties, nine of which are located in New Hampshire, with one in West Virginia. The properties range in value from $5,500 to $400,000, according to Realtor.
