Disney Vacation Club Announces Return of Welcome Home Weeks with Exciting Offers

Disney Vacation Club (DVC) has unveiled the schedule for its highly anticipated Welcome Home Weeks event, set to run from August 14 through September 16, 2025. This special occasion is designed to celebrate DVC members with a variety of exclusive perks, including free snacks, discounts, and unique experiences across multiple locations.

To help members keep track of all the exciting activities, DVC has created daily guides in PDF format for each of its destinations. These guides cover Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas, Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort, and Disney’s Vero Beach Resort. Special Snacks and Treats

One of the most popular features of Welcome Home Weeks is the availability of free ice cream novelties at several locations. These include theme parks like Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, and Disney Springs, as well as the Disney Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. Each location has specific dates and times for these treats:

• Disney’s Hollywood Studios: Tower of Terror Courtyard on Mondays and Tuesdays, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Disney’s Animal Kingdom: Upcountry Landing in Asia on Thursdays and Fridays, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• Magic Kingdom Park: Tomorrowland Terrace on Wednesdays, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Disney Springs: Gateway to Discovery – A Disney Vacation Club Welcome Home Center on Mondays and Fridays, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• EPCOT: Lobby of Living Seas Salon on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa: Disney Vacation Club Preview Center daily from August 14 to September 16, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

At the Disneyland Resort, the locations remain consistent with previous years, but there are new offerings at other DVC resorts:

• Disneyland Park: Star View Station – a Member Lounge on August 19 and August 26, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• Disney California Adventure Park: Golden Vine House, a Disney Vacation Club Welcome Home Center on September 2, September 9, and September 16, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• Disney’s Vero Beach Resort: Wind & Waves Market on Mondays starting August 18, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort: Broad Creek Mercantile on Thursdays starting August 14, and Tuesday, September 16, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Morning Coffee and Treats

Another returning feature is the Welcome Home Wakeup, which offers coffee and morning treats to registered guests at host resorts. Members can attend with up to four guests, and there is a limit of one per week per member. The events take place at:

• Walt Disney World Resort:
• Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort: Top of the World Lounge on Saturdays and Sundays, 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
• Disney’s Wilderness Lodge: Reunion Station on Saturdays and Tuesdays, 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
• Disneyland Resort:
• The Villas at Disneyland Hotel: Discovery Den on August 25 and September 15, 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Character Encounters

DVC members can also meet their favorite Disney characters at various locations. These encounters include:

• Walt Disney World Resort:
• Atlantic Dance Hall at Disney’s BoardWalk: August 25 through August 27, and September 8 through September 10, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (No resort parking available; use Walt Disney World transportation)
• Disneyland Resort:
• The Adventure Room at the Disneyland Hotel: August 14 and September 11, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. (No resort parking available)
• Disney’s Vero Beach Resort:
• The Croquet Lawn: Thursdays starting August 14, 8:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
• Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort:
• The Big Dipper Pool Deck: Tuesdays starting August 19, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
• Aulani Resort:
• Kipuka Lawn: August 14, August 28, and September 11, 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Wine Mixers and More

Complimentary wine, appetizers, and live music will be available at the Disneyland Resort and Aulani Resort. Pre-registration is required for these events, and space is limited. The dates are as follows:

• Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel: August 27 and September 10
• Aulani: August 20, 27, and September 3, 10

Other activities include Hawaiian arts and crafts, a free screening of a Disney concert film, and complimentary popcorn at Walt Disney World resorts and aboard Disney Cruise Line.
