Missing Persons in the Area: A Call for Public Assistance

Authorities across various counties are actively seeking the public’s help to locate several missing individuals. While some have been found, others remain unaccounted for, prompting urgent appeals for information.

Arron Williams

Arron Williams, a 49-year-old man from Manning, was last seen after leaving the Orangeburg County Detention Center on Sunday. Described as a black male approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing around 150 pounds, he was wearing a white T-shirt, black sweatpants, and black Crocs when last seen. Ivelisse Lora

Ivelisse Lora, 66, was safely located by the city of Grovetown on August 3. She was initially reported missing on August 2 after being last seen at a McDonald’s in Grovetown. Lora was wearing a sleeveless black T-shirt and beige shorts, carrying large grocery bags. Authorities suggest she may be staying in a hotel or motel in the CSRA area.

Jamya Sowell

Jamya Sowell, 17, was located in Columbia County. She was last seen on July 31 leaving her foster home on Avalon Avenue. Deputies noted that she left on foot in an unknown direction. Kemora Wimberly

Kemora Wimberly, 16, was last seen on May 15 running from the Department of Family and Children Services Office. She is known to frequent areas such as Jennings Homes, Glenn Hills Circle, and multiple hotels on Gordon Highway and Washington Road. Wimberly has multiple tattoos and piercings. Donald Ray Silas Jr.

Donald Silas Jr., 41, was last seen on June 6 leaving a residence in Blythe. Authorities are concerned about his mental state. He was wearing a gray and white shirt, khaki shorts, and black shoes, and was walking with a cane. Anyone with information should contact the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office.

Kimberly Lashae Saffo

Kimberly Saffo, 17, was last seen on June 5 in Augusta. She was wearing a black dress when she left her residence. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office.

Carnel Marzel Love

Trinity McDaniel

Meltonia Clark

Meltonia Clark, 52, was last seen at around 8:20 p.m. on June 21 in a red 2012 Chrysler 200. She was wearing a blue shirt and grey shoes. Anyone with information about Clark should contact the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office.

Davon Fuller

Davon Fuller, 30, was last seen leaving his home on July 15. He was wearing gray jeans, a gray T-shirt, and a black and white jacket. He often frequents the Bass Drive area near his home. Jamari Rahiem Mifflin

Justin Mathias Munns

Justin Mathias Munns, 35, was last seen on June 17 on Telfair Street. He is known to frequent Central Avenue and Wrightsboro Road on foot. Felicia Felder, 45, remains missing nearly three months after being last seen by her family in April. Authorities are still searching for her. Joanna Willette Powell, 40, was reported missing on June 24. She was last seen leaving her home on Vincent Avenue. Her family says she was possibly with an unknown male in the area of Washington Road and Davis Road.

Summr Finklin

Summr Finklin, 25, was last seen on the 3500 block of Spring Glen Lane on June 22. She has red hair and brown eyes, and is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds.

Brad Keith Dale

Brad Keith Dale, 35, was last seen on June 15. Authorities released a photo and said he is about 6 feet tall and weighs around 185 pounds. Anyone with information on Dale’s whereabouts should contact the Barnwell County Sheriff’s Office.

Individuals Found Safe

Deputies confirmed that Layla Eanes was located safe on August 6. Zekhia Hampton returned home on July 28, Samya Stallings on July 25, Joseph Hancock on July 24, and Izabella Dominguez-Walker on July 23.
